Wild Things

Look at those eyes!  They completely undo me.  They absolutely hold the most direct route to my heart.  Right now one of Ethan's favorite things to do is climb trees, so I brought the camera along and I had so much fun racing him up and down hills and trying to out-climb him in order to get a shot or two--it was extreme portrait photography.  This wild man was even patient enough to hold still for about two seconds so I could try and get a picture of all my little rascals at the same time.

 

 

 

The Family Season

We don't have a typical autumn here in Florida; it's still barefoot season, green season, beach season.  Sometimes I wish my the seasons of my life would be more like Florida's summers.  I wouldn't mind holding on to my baby a little longer.  And it be nice to think that I'll always be able to entertain my kids with nothing more than the wonder awaiting out the back door.  I had so much fun with the favorite family of mine who are making the most of every minute of the "life-is-crazy-with-growing-kids" season of their lives.  And in a couple short weeks they'll start right back at the spring of things when they welcome what is sure to be one very fussed-over and fought over baby.
